A telecommunications bunker is a massive explosion-proof structure, an air raid protection system of the Deutsche Reichspost , often completely or partially underground , which was built on behalf of the High Command of the Army of the Wehrmacht . The main task of the telecommunications bunker was to protect telecommunications equipment and personnel from the direct effects of weapons in the event of an attack.
