Ferrovia Sul Atlântico

The FSA Ferrovia Sul Atlântico was a railway company in Brazil, which was founded on December 13, 1996 and started operations on March 1, 1997. The financial group that FSA founded won the tender for private operation with concession for formerly state-owned railway lines in the Brazilian states of Paraná , Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul. Later in 1998, several railway lines from FERROBAN in the state of São Paulo were taken over and in 1999 other railway companies in Argentina from Ferrovia's Argentinas MESO and BAP were taken over. In July 2001, the Delara railway lines were added and the company was finally renamed ALL América Latina Logística .
