Manufacturing organization

According to REFA, the production organization is a summary of the areas

• Data acquisition and work system design from work studies ,
• Capacity , material , information and process planning from production planning and
• Initiation, monitoring and securing of program and order execution in production control .

The goals of the production organization are economic efficiency and humane working conditions .
