Fidra is an uninhabited island in the Firth of Forth off North Berwick in East Lothian . The name of the island is derived from the Old Norse language and refers to the amount of feathers that can be found on the island due to the seabird colonies.

There is a lighthouse on Fidra that is controlled automatically. There are cameras on the island for bird watching at the Scottish Seabird Center in North Berwick.
