Filip Jan Rymsza
Filip Jan Rymsza (born December 29, 1977 in Olecko , Poland ) is a Polish-American filmmaker and short story writer . He has both American and Polish citizenship.
Life
Rymsza was born in Olecko , Poland . In the mid-1980s he and his family emigrated to the United States as a result of the martial law in Poland . Rymsza's family settled in Chicago and he began studying economics , philosophy, and film studies at the University of Chicago .
Today Rymsza lives in Los Angeles .
