Filmfare is India's largest and best-known film and entertainment magazine with a circulation of 140,000. It is published by the Times Group and organizes the Filmfare Awards every February - the oldest and most important award given to Hindi films in India. The Filmfare Awards are as significant to the Hindi film industry as the Oscar is to the US.

A German edition of the Filmfare magazine appeared from 2008 on Threebros Media in Offenbach with a circulation of several thousand copies.
