from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Württemberg-Hohenzollern Finance Court was a tax court with its seat in Tübingen , which existed from 1947 to 1952. It was founded by legal order of March 21, 1947 (Reg.Bl. p. 102) and was locally responsible for the entire state of Württemberg-Hohenzollern . It was not yet a completely independent court, but was organizationally and personally linked to the regional finance department. After the state of Baden-Württemberg was founded, the court was dissolved on December 23, 1952 and its judicial district was assigned to the Stuttgart Finance Court .
