Area pool

In nature conservation law, the area pool is a collection of compensation and replacement areas, whose areas have not yet been assigned to any intervention . However, there is a right of ownership or a secured right of disposal to the areas . The area pool should therefore be referred to more specifically as a compensation area pool , compensation area pool or action area. As a rule, the areas are not changed, but rather continued in their previous use through leasing. In contrast, with the eco-account, compensatory or substitute measures are taken in advance.
