Refugee Admission Act

The law on the allocation and admission of foreign refugees , in short Refugee Admission Act or FlüAG NW , of February 28, 2003 is a state law in North Rhine-Westphalia . The municipalities are obliged to take in and accommodate foreign refugees . The different groups are defined in more detail. The question of costs is regulated. Starting in 2016, the state will provide annual funding of 1.81134 billion euros for reception, accommodation and care.
