Flavius Ammausius
Flavius Ammausius (his praenomen is not known) was a member of the Roman knighthood ( Eques ) living in the 3rd century AD .
An inscription found at Lancaster , dated August 22, 263/268, proves that Ammausius Praefectus equitum was the Ala Sebosiana Postumiana , which was stationed in the province of Britannia at that time .
