Flavius Theodorus Georgius Procopius
Flavius Theodorus Georgius Procopius was governor of the eastern Roman province of Palestina Secunda at the beginning of the 6th century. It is attested in an inscription from the Diocaesarea in Palestine . It lists construction and renovation work initiated by Bishop Marcellinus . For paleographical reasons, the inscription can be dated to the early 6th century and names the 11th indiction , probably the year 517/518.
