Florante Condes
Florante Condes (* 20th May 1980 in Cebu City , Philippines ) is a Filipino boxer in the straw weight .
Professional career
In 2002 he started his professional career successfully. On July 7, 2007 he boxed against Muhammad Rachman for the IBF world championship and won on points. However, he already lost this belt in his first title defense in June of the following year to Raúl García .
