Florian Gregor

Florian Gregor (* in Salzgitter ) is a German film producer and screenwriter .

Life

Gregor shot his first films together with the later film director Philipp Scholz during his school days. In 2009 they jointly founded The Fu King Production , a Hamburg film production company. Gregor lives in Hamburg and works as a screenwriter, director, creative producer and concept developer for feature films and advertising films.

Gregor studied Multimedia Production at the Kiel University of Applied Sciences .

His short films have been shown at more than 200 film festivals worldwide and have received over 45 awards, including: a. the Friedrich Wilhelm Murnau Film Prize and the FFA Short Tiger. His short film Steffi like das was shown in a screening by German Films and the FFA at the Cannes Film Festival in 2013. In 2016 his debut feature film as a writer 1000 Mexikaner premiered at the Hamburg Film Festival.
