The Hechi Airport ( IATA code HCJ , ICAO code ZGHC ) is an airport in China west of the metropolis Hechi .

The airport was built on a chain of hills from 2008 to 2013 for reasons of space, for which 65 mountain peaks had to be removed after extensive earthworks. The runway 14/32 is at an altitude of 675 meters. The airport opened on August 28, 2014.
