background

Food Stamp Celebrity (Mixtape Vol-1) was announced on the Wu Tang Clan's official Facebook profile about a month before its release . Some fans then thought this post was a joke, while others doubted his talent and sometimes accused him of only wanting to gain from the fame of his late father Ol 'Dirty Bastard .

Cover

The resemblance to the cover of Return to the 36 Chambers: The Dirty Version , his father's debut album, is striking . On the right side of the cover is "FOOD COUPON" and "VALUE 1 DOLLAR" in block letters, on the left there is a picture of YDB , on which he is gritting his teeth. The entire cover is kept in a gray-brown tone. The whole should represent a food voucher.
