Forum for Democratic Change (in German: Forum for Democratic Change) is a Ugandan party founded in 2004. It was founded by Kizza Besigye and is the strongest opposition party. In the 2006 presidential election in Uganda Besigye got just 37.36 percent and in the 2011 election he got 26.01 percent. Besigye then spoke of electoral fraud and called for an uprising. One of the party's well-known slogans is One Uganda, one people! .
