FourFourTwo is a monthly football magazine from the British publisher Haymarket Publishing . It appears in 17 countries and is advertised by the publisher as the football magazine with the highest circulation in the world.

The first edition of FourFourTwo dates from 1994 , the name alludes to the tactical line-up 4-4-2 . Each issue is about 164 pages. A German-language edition was also published from 2006 to 2008. However, sales fell short of expectations, so that the magazine was discontinued with issue 3/2008. In 2013 , Borussia Dortmund was the first German team to appear on the title page under the title “Europe's hottest club”.
