Fourneau du Diable
Fourneau du Diable (Devil's Furnace) is a natural rock overhang ( Abri ) in the French Dordogne . It is located near the remains of a Solutréen campsite in the municipality of Bourdeilles . The layer was dated to the 16th millennium BC. Chr.
A relief depicting aurochs from Fourneau du Diable is in the Musée National de Préhistoire in Les Eyzies-de-Tayac-Sireuil .
