Frédéric Toublanc

Frédéric Toublanc (born April 27, 1963 ) is a French comic artist .

After studying art in Paris, Toublanc went into advertising and started his own business as an illustrator. For Gilles Chaillet's medieval series Vasco he drew the two-part series The Black Lady (2008) and The White Death (2009) and The Cursed Village (2012). He then switched to the aviator comic Tanguy and Laverdure , where he completed the first two thirds of Taïaut sur bandits (2015) based on a scenario by Jean-Claude Laidin .
