Frédéric Zwicker

Frédéric Zwicker (* 1983 in Lausanne ) is a Swiss author and musician .

Zwicker grew up in Rapperswil-Jona , where he now lives again. He studied German, history and philosophy and also performed at poetry slams . Since 2006 he has been guitarist, violinist, composer and front man of the band Knuts Koffer . Zwicker works as a copywriter, journalist, moderator and editor of the cultural magazine Saiten . In 2016 his debut novel “Here you can go in a circle” was published, which is set in a retirement home with dementia patients . Zwicker had worked as a community service provider in an old people's home.

In 2017 he received a sponsorship award from the St. Gallische Kulturstiftung.
