Spring technical discussion

The spring technical discussion (FFG) of the German Unix User Group (GUUG) is the annual event for those interested in Unix and system administration . The audience is made up of system administrators , network and database administrators and, in general, practitioners who use computers and in particular Unix and Linux systems in professional environments. The focus is on technical issues, whether from the commercial or the open source area.

The location of the spring talks changes from year to year, and the host is usually a German university . The event usually lasts four days. On the first two days, full-day or half-day technical tutorials take place, the last two days are the lecture program, two parallel tracks are common .

The annual general meeting of the GUUG also takes place as part of the spring technical discussion .
