Frances Thurber Seal , CSB, introduced Christian Science in Germany and Norway.

Life

Frances Thurber Seal claimed to have been cured of inner nervousness and severe visual impairment in 1896 by reading the book "No and Yes" by Mary Baker Eddy . Soon after she was healed, she took class lessons in New York with Laura Lathrop , CSB. In 1897 Mrs. Seal went to Germany , where she worked as a Christian Science practitioner until her return to the USA in 1906. In 1898 she took part in a normal class under the newly organized Christian Science Board of Education , which she completed as a Christian Science teacher. She first returned to Dresden before moving to Berlin. The founding of churches of Christ scholars in Dresden and Berlin go back to her work . Until 1931 she worked in New York as a Christian Science practitioner and teacher.
