Franco Aldo Parisi Fernández (born August 25, 1967 in Santiago de Chile ) is a Chilean economist. In November 2013 he ran as an independent candidate in the 2013 presidential elections in Chile , but missed the runoff election in December with around 10 percent of the vote. He describes himself as social liberal .
