Frank Carter (athlete)
Frank Carter (actually Frederic T. Carter ; * 1878 , † after 1908) was a British walker .
In 1906 he became the British seven-mile track walking champion.
At the Olympic Games in London in 1908 , he finished fourth in the ten-mile track in 1:21:20, at the same time as bronze medalist Edward Spencer .
Frank Carter started for the Queens Park Harriers.
