Frank Henter

Frank Henter (born January 30, 1964 in Dortmund ) is a German swimmer and Olympic participant.

He was able to place himself at German championships several times:

  • 50 m freestyle: 3rd place in 1986 , runner-up in 1987 and 1988 respectively
  • 50 m dolphin: 1987 3rd place, 1988 MASTER, 1989 runner-up

At the Olympic Games in Seoul in 1988 he started the 50 m freestyle and came in 7th place in 23.03 seconds. The American Matt Biondi won gold in a world record time of 22.14 seconds.

Today Frank Henter is executive chairman of the Tremonia & Profi group of companies. He is also the chairman of SV Derne .
