Frank Kosziol

Frank Kosziol (born January 21, 1960 ) is a German lawyer and judge at the Federal Court of Justice .

Career

After completing his legal training, Kosziol joined the judicial service of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia . He worked at the Hagen District Court , the Dortmund public prosecutor and the Hagen and Iserlohn district courts . In 1992 he was appointed judge at the Dortmund Regional Court, where he dealt with criminal, civil and administrative matters. In 2001 he was promoted to judge at the Hamm Higher Regional Court ; There he was, interrupted by a secondment as a research assistant to the Federal Court of Justice, active in civil matters.

In June 2012 Kosziol was appointed judge at the Federal Court of Justice and assigned to the VII Civil Senate responsible for building and architectural law .
