Frank Mugisha
Frank Mugisha (born June 17, 1969 ) is a human rights activist from Uganda . He is the managing director of the organization Sexual Minorities Uganda (SMUG), which campaigns for the rights of homosexuals in his home country .
At the beginning of October 2010, the Ugandan tabloid Rolling Stone (not to be confused with the American music magazine of the same name ) published personal information about Mugisha and other homosexuals and called for them to be hung. The newspaper was forbidden to do so in November.
