The three-storey , three-axis , plastered gable house with a tail gable dates from the late 18th century, but is essentially older.

Stucco reliefs in the oval plaster mirrors between the first and second floors show cornucopia and anchors.

The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund from 1997 with the number 230.
