The house with the postal address Frankenstraße 43 is a listed building on Frankenstraße in Stralsund .

The two-storey eaves house with a medieval core dates from the second half of the 19th century. The eastern two-storey plastered building was added in the middle of the 19th century.

The house is located in the core area of ​​the city ​​area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. In the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund from 1997 it is entered with the number 238.

In front of the house, two stumbling stones set in the sidewalk remind of Simon and Amelie Steinfeld (see list of stumbling stones in Stralsund ).
