The house with the postal address Frankenstraße 61 / Langenstraße 21 is a listed building between Frankenstraße and Langenstraße in Stralsund .

The two-storey , ten-axle building made of yellow and red bricks, facing Frankenstrasse, was erected in 1880 by the Pomeranian iron foundry on land acquired from the Stralsund sugar factory in the same year. The building complex extends to the parallel Langenstrasse.

The Stic-er Theater is located in the building, as is the “Alte Eisengießerei”, an event location.

The house is located in the core area of ​​the city ​​area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund from 1997 with the number 250.
