The house with the postal address Frankenstraße 75 is a listed building on Frankenstraße in Stralsund .

The two-storey semi - detached house was built in several construction phases in the second half of the 19th century.

The eastern, five-axis part of the complex was built around 1860 and was provided with three dormers in 1903. Plaster grooves and rich stucco friezes over the two storeys adorn the facade . A strongly protruding wedding cornice rests on consoles.

The western, three-axis plastered building was erected in 1866 as a single-storey building and supplemented in 1895 by an upper floor with pilasters and a low attic. The tendril frieze above the ground floor and the ornamental borders of the doors and windows correspond to those of the eastern part of the semi-detached house.

The house is located in the core area of ​​the city ​​area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund from 1997 with the number 254.
