Frankfurt Group

The Frankfurt Group is a group of English-speaking composers who are friends and who were sent to Dr. Hoch's Conservatory in Frankfurt am Main in the last decades of the 19th century. Members of this group were Balfour Gardiner , Percy Grainger , Roger Quilter , Norman O'Neill and Cyril Scott .
