Frans Dictus
Frans Dictus (born May 5, 1907 in Kalmthout ; † January 21, 1994 there ) was a Belgian cyclist .
Dictus was a professional from 1931 to 1938. He was able to record a total of 25 wins, many of which were at so-called fair races. But his bigger successes included the victories in the eight van Chaam races (1932 and 1934) and Nationale Sluitingsprijs in 1936, after he had finished second in each of the two years before.
