Fredrik Brattberg

Fredrik Brattberg (* 1978 in Porsgrunn ) is a Norwegian composer and playwright.

Life

Brattberg is one of the most frequently played contemporary Norwegian playwrights. His pieces are u. a. played in Norway, China, England, Germany, USA, Denmark, France, the Czech Republic and Indonesia. In 2012 he won the Ibsen Award for his play Tilbakekomstene . The piece was translated by Hinrich Schmidt-Henkel and has the German title Wieder da . Brattberg is represented in Germany by Drei Masken Verlag.
