Ângela Cristina Rebouças Lavalle "Vieira" (born April 24, 1981 in Brasília ) is a Brazilian beach volleyball player .

Career

Ângela Lavalle has been playing with various partners on national and South American tournaments as well as on the FIVB World Tour since 2003 . At the beginning of her career she played at the side of the Olympic silver medalist Mônica Rodrigues , with whom she was eliminated after the preliminary round at the World Cup in Rio de Janeiro in front of her own audience and finished 33rd. In 2004 she reached fourth place in the FIVB Open tournament with Mônica Paludo . In 2007 and 2009 Lavalle had some top ten results with Vivian Cunha on the world tour, including fourth place at the Open tournament in Stare Jabłonki and third place at the Open tournament in The Hague .

In 2010 Lavalle formed a duo with Vanilda Leão , with whom she won the 2011 military world championship in Rio. In 2011/2012 Liliane Maestrini was her partner. In the first year Lavalle / Maestrini came in ninth three times in the top ten and won the Olympic preparatory tournament in London . In 2012 they finished ninth in Sanya and Klagenfurt and fifth in Berlin .

After Lavalle played almost exclusively at tournaments in South America with various partners from 2013 to the beginning of 2018, she has been back on the FIVB World Tour with Carol Máximo since late 2018.
