Liliane "Lili" Simões Maestrini (born October 26, 1987 in Vitória ) is a Brazilian beach volleyball player .

Career

Lili Maestrini won the Jogos da Lusofonia beach volleyball tournament with Camilla dos Reis Saldanha in 2006 . The following year she was in Modena with Barbara Seixas de Freitas Junior World Champion. In 2009 she formed a duo with Luana Amorim Madeira . Maestrini / Luana played their first open tournament of the FIVB World Tour in Brasília and won the satellite tournament in Vaduz . In 2010 they also took part in Grand Slams for the first time. They achieved their best results with 13th place at the Brasília and The Hague Open. In 2011 Maestrini formed a new duo with Ângela Lavalle . In the first year Maestrini / Lavalle came in ninth three times in the top ten and won the Olympic preparatory tournament in London . In 2012 they finished ninth in Sanya and Klagenfurt and fifth in Berlin . At the end of the season Maestrini managed two fifth places with Maria Clara Salgado Rufino in Stare Jabłonki and Åland . In 2013 she won two Continental Tour tournaments with Rebecca Cavalcanti Barbosa Silva . Then she formed a duo with Seixas again. After two fifth places in China, Maestrini / Seixas finished third in the Grand Slam in Rome . At the World Cup in Stare Jabłonki they stayed in the preliminary round without losing a set. Then they reached the semifinals with three more wins and after losing to Xue Chen and Zhang Xi prevailed in the game for third place against the US duo Ross / Pavlik . In 2014 and early 2015 Maestrini played again with Rebecca, mainly on the national tour. The Brazilians also took third place at the Parana Open . Since 2015 Lili Maestrini has played on the FIVB World Tour alongside Carol Máximo . In 2016 Lili Maestrini started with Maria Antonelli and, during her two-month suspension, again with Rebecca Cavalcanti Barbosa Silva.

Josi Alves has been Lilis' partner since 2017 . They made a successful debut with a fifth place at the FIVB 5-Star Tournament in Fort Lauderdale . On the World Tour 2018 , Josi and Lili achieved several top ten placements: ninth in Warsaw , fifth in Lucerne , fourth in Mersin and victories in Nantong and Nanjing .

Liliane Maestrini has been married to beach volleyball player Larissa França since 2013 .
