Free agreement

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The free agreement is an organizational principle of anarchism and is entered into between free and self-determined people.

The free agreement differs from the contract in that it can be terminated unconditionally. There are no disadvantages associated with this. There are no sanctions for non-compliance. Such a principle requires empathy, responsibility and the ability to act independently on the part of the participants. External influences and constraints are a hindrance. With free agreement, anarchism aims to strengthen the strength of the individual. The free agreement should enable a group of equals without hierarchical structures to be able to act; it does not exclude the addition of a contract, the termination of which has consequences.
