As leisure Gastronomy (also "stressed drinks food service" ) refers to a segment of the food service , in which the consumption is food in background. The focus of the offer, however, is on communication and entertainment. Compared to the quick service system catering , the establishments have a relatively short lifespan because they are strongly fashion-oriented.
