Freydoun Malkom
Prince Freydoun Malkom Khan (* 1875 in London , United Kingdom ; † 20th century ) was an Iranian fencer .
Malkom, who lived in Paris, was the only athlete from Iran to take part in the 1900 Summer Olympics in Paris . Thus he is considered the first Iranian Olympic athlete. Malkom resigned in epee fencing on, but was eliminated in the quarterfinals.
