Foreign language offers

In contrast to many other primary schools, French is taught as the first foreign language at the Fried-Lübbecke School . In the first and second grade, French is offered as a study group (AG), from the third grade onwards there are French lessons for everyone. English is offered in an English working group for all classes.

Support association

The Fried-Lübbecke Schule eV support group was founded in August 2000. The voluntarily run association was initially responsible for the care offer. In summer 2011, however, this task was taken over by the Evangelical Association for Youth Social Work. Now the association organizes many of its own projects, for example flea markets, Christmas bazaars or handicraft afternoons. The association also financially supported the purchase of digital whiteboards, the beautification of the school yard and the design of the classrooms.

The Fried-Lübbecke School has been offering childcare since 2011, which is supported by the Evangelical Association for Youth Social Work. The offer includes a warm lunch and care until 3 p.m. or 5 p.m. The afternoon care is chargeable. There is also early care from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
