Friesenstube
The Friesenstube is a restaurant in Essen district Frohnhausen . It is part of the German Football Route NRW . She became known through the successful Essen soccer player Helmut Rahn , who was a welcome regular during his lifetime.
The Friesenstube has a V-shaped counter and an area dedicated to Helmut Rahn. In this so-called Helmut Rahn corner, a red scarf with the slogan “Helmut Rahn - a hero from Bern”, a white national jersey with a black collar and lace fastening and two signed photos are reminiscent of him.
In May 2014, the Friesenstube was the scene and participant of the documentary soap Mein Lokal, Dein Lokal of the television station Kabel eins .
