Fruit gallon
Fruit gallon was a Baden volume measure for fruit and coal . On November 10, 1810, the metric measures and weights were introduced approximately, on July 1, 1829, more precisely determined and from 1831 all old measures with a few exceptions (pharmacists and coin weights) were banned.
- 1 fruit gallon = 225.3405 Parisian cubic inches = 4.47 liters
- 8 fruit gallons = 1802.72 Parisian cubic inches = 1 bushel (bad.)
