The Fructus Tower is an office and residential complex in the western Romanian city ​​of Timișoara . The building with 14 floors and 62 meters is the tallest building in the city.

The building is located on the south-eastern part of the Zona Circumvalațiunii in the Mehala district and is adjacent to the Colegiul Tehnic Ion Mincu and the Botanical Garden to the west, separated by a railway line . It is located at the intersection of Strada Gheorghe Lazăr and Strada Pictor Ion Zaicu , on the site of the former Hale Fructus ( German  Fructus halls ).

The ground floor is designed as a business area and the floors 1–5 above contain open-plan offices. On floors 6-14 there are apartments with a size of 38 to 110 m², with one to four rooms. The building still has a basement and offers 104 parking spaces on two levels.

The developer was the Italian company Cavanaro . The construction costs were 25 million euros and the completion took place in 2012.
