Fuat Güner

Aziz Fuat Güner (born April 1, 1948 in Istanbul , Turkey ) also known as Fuat Güner , is a Turkish pop musician , member of the band MFÖ and author.

Life

Güner initially studied at St. Joseph's High School in Istanbul. In his youth he was an active athlete. He played soccer , volleyball and sailed . After school he attended the Architecture Academy in Istanbul. However, he realized early on that he was more interested in music. In 1979 he ended his current career and devoted himself entirely to music.

Güner first began to play the guitar. In 1966 he met Mazhar Alanson , and the two soon formed a musical band called "Kaygısızlar". Özkan Uğur joined the group in 1970, so they changed their name to MFÖ, the initials of the members.

Fuat Güner is also the composer of several film scores.
