history

Nico Cham, Romeo Sfendules and Tim Hansen have known each other since primary school. In 2009 they founded Fuck Art, Let's Dance !. Even before the release of a regular album, the band was noticed in the Anglo-American-speaking area, the first EP was reviewed in 2012 in the New Musical Express , and the band played concerts in the USA in 2013, including at the South by Southwest Festival. In 2014 the band joined the bassist Damian Palm. In the same year the band's debut album, Atlas , was released on Audiolith . In 2018 they headlined the Pegasus Open Air in Mölln, in the same year they had an appearance in Jakob Lass ' movie So Was von da .

style

The New Musical Express describes the style of the debut album as "compact synth pop with sharp guitars, smooth keyboard riffs and throbbing drums". Der Spiegel considers the music to be "danceable, but (...) not necessarily easy to digest for the mainstream".
