The Gödöllői Kisvasút is a 400-meter museum - narrow-gauge railway with a track width of 600 mm at Gödöllő ( German Getterle ) in Hungarian Pest County .

description

The voluntarily operated small train runs in the arboretum of Gödöllő. The previously 400 m long single-track line has two stations and a branch to the engine shed. It is planned to extend it one day to 5 kilometers to the Gödöllő and Máriabesnyő MÁV stops .

There was no regular passenger service in 2018, but at the opening ceremony during the Arbofest event on June 2, 2018, the first visitors were able to travel free of charge on the train pulled by an El-9 locomotive.
