Għar Qawqla is a rock formation in Marsalforn Bay , which is located on the northeast coast of the island of Gozo, part of the Maltese archipelago . This rock is the remains of a collapsed rock gate . He belongs to the Żebbuġ community .

In photographs from the beginning of the 20th century, a rock arch can be seen that connected the rock, which was around 3 m high in the 21st century, with the mainland.
