Products

Ga-Jol comes in many flavors. Ga-Jol is also a brand of chewing gum, chocolate and spirits. Typical for Ga-Jol packs is a quote from an often important historical person on the inside of the lid.

Trivia

In Germany, Ga-Jol became known to a larger audience in the 1980s through the Werner comic Werner - ice cold , which was then permanently on the bestseller lists. In one story, Werner went to Denmark for a short vacation with his buddy Maxe. After the two of them had expressed their satisfaction over some things with “goil, do” (high German: geil, you ) or “jo, goil” ( yes, geil ), Werner Maxe offered a Danish specialty: Ga-Jol liquorice pastilles, which he also rated positively with “Gajol, do”.
