Gabber Piet was a Dutch happy hardcore project . The producer was Tom Peters and Piet van Dolen acted as MC under the name Gabber Piet. The first hit was the single Hacke & Zage (chopping and sawing), which appeared in 1996, on the theme song of the children's series en Peppi Kokki based. Love U Hardcore followed a year later , both from the Love The Hardcore album , which did not sell as well as the two singles.
