The Gabčo Productions, Ltd. was an American film production company .

Behind the production company stood the actor Clark Gable , who co-produced Raoul Walsh's western Hot South (1956). Next to him Eleanor Parker appeared as the leading actress. Jo Van Fleet was given a supporting role. Lucien Ballard was responsible for the cinematography in CinemaScope . The United Artists took over the distribution .

The German premiere of the film took place in 1957.
